As we expand into new territories and service lines, you will collaborate closely with different teams, fostering a seamless and successful expansion process. Risk Management and Compliance Support: In this role, you will actively contribute to risk management and compliance efforts, safeguarding the company's interests and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards working closely with Head of Risk and Head of Compliance. Advise on debt instruments, debt structuring, and treasury support. Lead legal aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Manage end-to-end corporate transaction execution.
