Director of Cost Management / Quantity Surveying.

A new, Senior appointment with a multi-national Construction and Property Consultancy with the responsibility of leading their Birmingham Quantity Surveying team. Whilst this firm works on projects across the UK and beyond, for this role we're looking for an experienced individual from a PQS background offering local expertise and project experience. Someone well placed to support and build the profile of the team and able to take a leading role with clients.

They are already working with a range of clients in the private sector being particularly busy in commercial real estate and industrial sectors, but do feel that Birmingham offers a wealth of opportunity in other sectors.

We're looking for an experienced, Chartered Quantity Surveyor from a consultancy or client side background with a good depth of experience post qualification. The successful candidate will be excited by the opportunity to identify and grow new opportunities and be able to lead and build a team. This is a great career opportunity for the right person.
