JLH are currently shortlisting on behalf of a large hospitality business in Scotland to oversee their operations in Scotland. This group has an amazing plethora of businesses across its portfolio and is looking for a commercially driven operator to oversee these business moving forwards.
The successful candidate will have experience of running unbranded busy wet lead pubs and venues as well as having a good understanding of casual dining and have overseen a minimum of 10 units.
The successful candidate will need to live in or be able to relocate to the central belt of Scotland.
