Director Frontier AI (Security)

Working with a global financial services organisation who are looking for a highly specialised Frontier AI Security contractor to help deliver a high-profile project.

Location - London
Hybrid - 3 days / week in office
Duration - Initially 6 months
Rate - £900-£1000 / day Inside IR35 via Umbrella

Skills and Experience Required

Very senior, hands-on technical specialist
Deep security engineering; hands-on frontier LLM work (evals, agentic loops, failure modes); shipped production systems; product instinct; senior leadership.Core Competencies:

Strong AI, cybersecurity, and software engineering experience.
Experience with LLMs and frontier AI models rather than traditional machine learning alone.
Deep technical expertise and ability to actively contribute to engineering work.
Exploit development/offensive security experience.
Experience helping organisations strengthen cybersecurity defences.
