Job Description - Director, Human Resources Business Partner
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyse talent related data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business decision-making. Ensure alignment between business imperatives and the HR agenda. Support the talent development needs of employees and leaders across Cluster/Country. Ensure robust onboarding plans are in place for new leaders and managers. Work with Cluster/Country leadership to support the organizational effectiveness of teams and the implementation of organizational initiatives. Build strong partnerships across the HR organization and with key partners, specifically with Total Rewards, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, People Relations, Legal, Compliance and HRBP peers to inform and implement company-wide programs and initiatives while ensuring client's needs are understood and met. Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree (i.e. MBA) preferred. Fluent English; additional languages advantageous 10+ years of experience in HR. Experience in HR Centers of Excellence (i.e. Talent Management) preferred. Biotech or pharma industry experience required. Dynamic and creative HR leader who can coach leaders and managers, advise on organizational design, and create robust talent planning strategies. Successful track record of independently managing multiple projects in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Successful track record of partnering with client groups. Ability to design and execute project plans, identifying interdependencies and incorporating related communication/change management plans. Excellent attention to detail and execution skills and the ability to translate HR strategy into actionable initiatives. Experience in influencing without authority and stakeholder management. Strong points of view on how to scale culture including best practices in team dynamics, working in a network operating model design, and ensuring organizational values are realized. Strong partner to Global HRBPs and all HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to drive creative HR programs and solutions. Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment required. Ability to work as part of collaborative HR team. Willingness to travel internationally, as needed.
