What Your Day Will Look Like 

• Proactively engage with team members and clients

• Mentorship and leadership of team members

• Communicate client needs and potential conflicts clearly 

• Manage project planning, budgeting, and administration 

• Lead workstreams for successful engagement completion 

• Collaborate with business development on proposals 

• Present to senior executives and develop strong client relationships 

This Role is for You If 

• You have expertise in IT strategy and transformation, specifically for the insurance sector (Guidewire)

• You have a strong background in financial services and insurance industries 

• You excel at understanding and addressing client needs 

• You can communicate effectively and build lasting relationships 

• You can manage priorities and successfully lead projects 

• You demonstrate leadership in direct consulting and project management 

•  Possess Certification(s) in Guidewire and Scrum Master  a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) qualification (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country
