As a member of the CAS team, you will support our clients to use learning as a strategic lever. We achieve this by helping our clients Align, Create, Learn & Perform:
Align their talent and learning function to the business strategy, defining the capabilities and skills needed to execute their strategy in the short and long term.
Optimize their use of available learning technologies, processes and tools, which allow learning and talent teams to create and deliver programs and interventions at scale, build crucial skills and drive performance.
Provide the building blocks of a learning culture, based on a deep understanding of employees’ needs, where team members can unlock their potential with meaningful learning experiences and growth opportunities.

You will be responsible fo r
Team Engagement and Client Leadership:

Ensure team members actively participate in decision-making, considering long-term implications for clients, customers, NIIT, and employees.
Commercial and Technical Acumen:

Confidently discuss leading technologies in the domain area and their potential as enablers or differentiators in the business.
Strategic Oversight:

Provide oversight and strategic direction when leading large-scale projects, client accounts, and pursuits.
Deep L&D Expertise:

Exhibit gravitas, accessibility, a strategic mindset, and expertise to reinforce confidence among teams and clients.
Strong Economic Understanding:

Understand practice economics, assess investment risks in IP and for clients, and use this knowledge to drive profitability-oriented decisions.
Global Mindset:

Demonstrate a global mindset as a role model within the organization, exhibiting inclusive behaviors across networks.
Cultivate Innovation:

Create an environment that motivates the sharing of innovative ideas, transforming them into commercial business opportunities for clients and NIIT.
