The Role: Director Level - Global Product Officer - Underwriting, Pricing and Rating

This company is seeking an experienced and innovative Director - Product Officer to lead the development and implementation of their cutting-edge underwriting, pricing, and rating platform. As the Director - Product Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing the strategic vision for the company's underwriting, pricing, and rating capabilities
• Driving the implementation of a state-of-the-art platform to streamline and optimise these critical business functions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform meets the needs of the business and its customers and the tech capabilities match.
• Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Providing expert guidance and leadership to the product development team

The Ideal Candidate

My client are seeking a seasoned product leader with a proven track record of success in the financial services or a related industry. You should possess:

• Experience in underwriting, pricing, and rating platforms, ideally with a background in the insurance or financial services sector
  • Could be any of the platforms including TWT Radar, HX Renew, Verisk Rulebook, Guidewide, Duck Creek
• Strong technical expertise and a deep understanding of the latest industry trends and technologies
• Excellent strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into innovative product solutions
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
• A customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving transformation and change
