Job Description

Director of Franchising – Hospitality and Leisure
Up to £110k salary + bonus + package
Remote / Hybrid ideal location would be London / South East for a UK wide remit

Your experience
Within the hospitality and leisure sector, you will currently be hunting for and developing business and new sales opportunities and ultimately have a proven track record of developing and selling franchises
A track record of growing business rapidly and a proven ability to implement systems to achieve further growth by standardising your work flows and processes for the scaling of the business
A key element of the strategy is to continue the growth of the number of franchise partners and so you will be responsible for attracting and managing the franchise partner network.
Day to day
Identifying, prospecting and engaging potential hospitality partners to invest in this fast growing hospitality brand
Leading negotiations, presenting compelling value propositions and securing favourable partnership agreements
Collaborating with other departments across marketing, product development, operations and customer support to ensure that you and the team delivers on your hard work in developing new business
