Description

Salary of £72,000 - £80,000

Profile

Significant leadership experience within funding, data, MIS or business intelligence functions.
Strong knowledge of FE and/or HE funding methodologies and compliance requirements.
Experience managing audits, regulatory returns and complex reporting environments.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
A proven track record of delivering strategic change and organisational improvement through data and insight.
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
Experience leading teams and driving performance within a large and complex organisation.
A collaborative, innovative and commercially aware approach, combined with a passion for delivering positive outcomes.

Job Offer

Competitive salary ranging from £63,900 to £78,100, dependent on the level of experience.
Permanent position in a Bradford-based organisation.
