HRS Healthcare are recruiting for a Director
of Governance role (Ofsted regulated) this is a remote role travel required
as needed and commutable to Leeds.
About the Director of Governance role
· Lead the Governance & Regulatory
Affairs team
· Design and implement a governance
framework, oversee policy development, and manage the whistleblowing service
· Ensure effective processes for
safeguarding, complaints, and significant events, providing support and
oversight as needed.
· Act as Data Protection Officer
· Manage regulatory registrations,
inspection records, and Ofsted relationships.
· Assist operational teams in external
communications related to quality, risk, and compliance.
About You
· Experience in leading and managing teams.
· Project management experience.
· Subject matter expertise in data
protection, with relevant qualifications (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPM)
· Extensive experience working in a
regulated environment
· Full UK Driving Licence and the right
to work in the UK
