Director of Human Resources

Panoramic Associates has exclusively partnered with a Multi-Academy Trust based in London to recruit for their next Director of Human Resources.

Our client, an ambitious group of primary and secondary schools based across the South of England is looking for their next Director of Human Resources and Compliance to be a core member of their team. As the Director of HR and Compliance, you will work closely with the CFO, Managing Director and Education Leaders across all of the schools.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Trust policies and procedures relating to HR and compliance
• Provide advice and guidance relating to all HR matters
• Support with strategic planning across the Trust
• Recruitment and on boarding
• Pay, benefits and ER
• TUPE
• GDPR, complaints and governance
• Management of the HR Teams

This is a 36 hour per week position, Monday-Friday, 52 weeks of the year. The annual leave entitlement is 25 days per year, increasing to 30 after 5 years in service. You will be based on site in their head office based in West London.

• CIPD
• Multi-Academy Trust experience
• In depth knowledge and experience of school staff pay and benefits etc
• Knowledge relating to compliance and GDPR in schools
