Crawley – On site

You will be joining a successful global manufacturer and distributor in a key role leading international supply chain, procurement, and operational functions across regional hubs, as well as direct shipments from the USA. The position requires strategic leadership, operational excellence, and experience managing international logistics and teams.

• Develop and implement international operational strategy.
• Oversee Procurement, Supply Chain, Warehousing and Distribution
• Ensure supply chain efficiency, resilience, and ESG compliance.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets and ensure resource alignment.
• Ensure compliance with legal, health & safety, and quality standards.
• Lead change initiatives and manage operational risk.
• Build and lead high-performing, cross-border teams.
• Manage global vendor and partner relationships.
• Travel to all regions to support the strategic objectives of the company

• 3 – 5 years’ international experience
• Strong knowledge of Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and Customer Service.
• Experience with 3PL and international operations a priority
• Willing to travel extensively
• Strong IT skills – ERP Dynamics 365 and others
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
