Salary: Circa Â£100,000

Start Date: ASAP

Work Pattern: Monday to Friday 08.45 – 17.30

What you’ll do:

Lead our CRM transformation programme

Own IT strategy and delivery

Manage internal development and external partners

Improve system performance and usability

Build strong reporting and data capability

What we’re looking for:

Proven IT leadership experience

Strong delivery track record (not just strategy)

Experience with CRM/platform migrations

Commercial mindset

Ability to lead teams and drive change
