The Role – Director of Learning for Maths

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Maths teacher to step into a strategic leadership position as Director of Learning for Maths at a thriving secondary school in Stratford, starting September 2025. In this role, you will lead the Maths department, shaping curriculum design, improving teaching and learning outcomes, and supporting staff development. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive standards across Key Stages 3, 4, and potentially 5.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of raising attainment, a clear vision for Maths education, and the leadership skills to inspire both students and colleagues. Prior middle leadership or department coordination experience is highly desirable.
