Independent Preparatory School for Girls
Full-Time | Permanent | Required from September 2025

Our client is a distinguished independent preparatory school for girls, and a proud member of one of the world's foremost groups of independent schools. The school is currently seeking to appoint an outstanding Director of Music to join the team from September 2025, on afull-time, permanent basis.

Situated in a picturesque residential square, the school offers a first-class, non-selective education to pupils aged 4 to 11. With a nurturing yet academically ambitious ethos, the school is both creative and forward-thinking, and music plays a central part in school life.

The successful candidate will lead the Music department and oversee the delivery of the subject throughout the school. There will also be close collaboration with the Drama department to produce a rich programme of high-quality school performances and productions.

This position would suit an experienced and accomplished Music Teacher with the confidence and vision to lead a thriving department. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable.
