Director of Operations

Our client is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead and optimise the company ’s day-to-day operations across all markets. Having received substantial financial backing, the company is now entering a pivotal growth phase as it prepares to scale up . The ideal candidate is a strategic executor who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Experience Required:

• 5–8 years in an operational leadership role, ideally in a tech-enabled or asset- heavy business.
• Experience of working within an organisation during a critical transition point
• Proven experience managing distributed teams and cross-market logistics
• Track record of improving systems, driving KPIs, and scaling operations in growth-stage companies.
• Experience working closely with technical and commercial teams
