Operations Director - £85k - Oxfordshire
Platform Recruitment has partnered with an innovative testing company. They are looking to recruit an operations director to join their leadership team and help drive growth of the company. This role will be hands-on, so a technical background is preferred.
Responsibilities:
+ Map out strategic and operational objectives.
+ Help the company grow and oversee their expansion.
+ Train, recruit and manage staff.
+ Perform quality controls and monitor KPIs.

+ Able to work up in a small startup environment.
The salary will be up to £85k depending on previous experience with great company benefits.
