Position: Operations Director

Location: Flexible (between London and Birmingham)

As the Operations Director, you will play a critical role in driving the strategic direction and operational excellence of our care homes. Your leadership will ensure the highest standards of care delivery, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance across our facilities.

Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the effective operation and growth of our care homes portfolio.
Oversee the implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain regulatory compliance and uphold quality standards.
Collaborate with senior management, regional teams, and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve operational excellence.
Lead recruitment, training, and development initiatives to build high-performing teams dedicated to delivering outstanding care.
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and maximize profitability.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence to enhance resident satisfaction and employee engagement.

Requirements:
Proven experience in a Director of Operations position within the Care Home Industry.
Ideally have experience within the ‘High-End’ Care Home sector
Experience within a neuro service is key
Strong strategic planning and execution skills with a track record of driving business growth and operational improvement.
Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and empower teams to achieve their full potential.
Comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements, quality standards, and best practices in the healthcare industry.
