Are you the A Player to join us on our new mission?
Are you ready to be at the heart of our company's global operations? You will be a proven Operations Director who can assess and create fast paced processes and operational plans and then put them into action. A collaborative key team player who not only understands the big picture but can keep a keen and experienced eye on the intricate details of the operational day to day. You know and can evidence how end-to-end operational or process improvements can matter to the speed and outcomes of a company, team, or individual. You're obsessed with the 1% and marginal gains, you ask smart questions, holding multiple conflicting ideas and evidence at once, and using data-driven assessment and experimentation to deliver best operational practice. An always-on, relentless puzzle-solver, who supports making the impossible possible, through systems and processes for our teams and our company.
Location: London - Shoreditch ~ we are an in-person-first culture and believe in fostering a vibrant and work environment centered around connection and community. Some roles will require global travel so flexibility in this aspect is important and your hiring manager will confirm this with you during the interview process
