Every day we work to achieve our vision: to make customers’ lives better every day, the Centrick way.So, who are we looking for?An Operations Director in a customer-focused role, such as hospitality or hotel management. Driven by customer satisfaction, you lead a senior team and oversee multiple locations.You will excel in a fast-paced environment, delivering results alongside a senior team, while leading and empowering exceptional and talented individuals. You will be equally comfortable participating in budget reviews or strategic meetings as you are rolling up your sleeves to support the team when needed.If you're a Director within a customer-focused industry looking to bring your service-led expertise to a new business, we'd love to hear from you!And what will you be doing?No two days are the same but the below gives you a flavour for some of the tasks you’d typically be involved with.
