Axon Moore are exclusively partnering with a rapidly expanding t/o £100m+ Leisure business located near Chester as they seek an experienced Director of People & Culture to join their team.

In this key position, you will work closely with high-calibre Managing Director/ Operations Director's to steer the strategic vision and operational execution of the Human Resources function. Your primary focus will involve ensuring that HR
initiatives align seamlessly with the organisation's objectives and core values. This pivotal role entails spearheading transformative initiatives, nurturing a culture of high performance, and establishing robust people management practices throughout the company.

To be considered, candidates must possess a proven track record in senior HR leadership roles, coupled with expertise in the following areas:

- Demonstrated proficiency in driving organisational change and restructuring.
- Extensive background in developing Learning and Development strategies, recruitment, employee relations, and cultural transformation.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and influencing, including at Executive and Board levels.
- Prior experience in developing and implementing performance and talent management frameworks.
