You will lead a multidisciplinary team spanning Product and Design and serve as a key connection point between our UK customers, the market, and Mark43 teams globally. This role calls for someone who can move comfortably between setting long-term strategy, developing people, engaging directly with customers, and working alongside teams to solve complex product challenges. You are equally comfortable discussing a long-term market opportunity with an executive, exploring workflows with an end user, and working through product and technical trade-offs with a delivery team. You have a strong bias towards execution and know how to translate strategy into priorities, establish accountability, remove blockers, and keep teams focused on delivering results.
Experience with enterprise SaaS, government technology, policing, public safety, or similarly complex and regulated environments is highly valuable. Familiarity with AI-enabled products, data-rich workflows, or modern approaches to software design and development is also beneficial.
