UAPP is now expanding its global footprint and recruiting education consultants across UK and Europe in order to extend its services to many more aspirants.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES As director of sales and marketing, the person will be responsible for:Working closely with senior leaders and growth champions to develop and implement UAPP’s new business cross channel sales strategy, ensuring strategic alignment of sales with business plan and growth objectivesLeading and influencing cross-functional teams internally (e.g. sales, marketing) to spearhead partnership opportunitiesActing as a brand ambassador for UAPP, raising brand presence in the market and attract new partnership opportunitiesLeading the marketing team in the execution of lead generation, inbound campaigns, helping drive lead opportunities for new business growthMonitoring and analysing industry trends and market competitionStrategically analysing business performance to facilitate accurate and meaningful forecastingPreparing the Annual Business Plan for Sales & Marketing through a structured and strategic approach, involving and guiding the Heads of Departments and other stakeholdersManaging marketing budget to maximise ROI and make sure that the targets are metOverseeing the development of brand identity and recognitionEnsuring the delivery of consistent and high-quality marketing contentRepresenting the company at industry events and conferencesAllocating and advising on annual budgets for new business and marketingREQUIREMENTSThe ideal candidate should have the following: Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fieldEntrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvementA track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies within growth stage organizationsExcellent client facing skills with strong written and verbal communicationsDemonstrates sound judgment in resolving highly complex mattersEffectively builds formal and informal relationship networks inside and outside the organisationA second European language (German or Italian) would be an additional benefitExceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teamsBENEFITS Quarterly Bonus Scheme Annual Bonus SchemePension Scheme 5.6 weeks holidays (pro-rata) including bank holidaysHybrid working Chance to make meaningful impact Dynamic and collaborative work environment Annual Parties
