The main objective of the school is to create a secure and efficiently managed environment where students can acquire knowledge, forge new friendships, and gain insight into the United Kingdom.Job Overviews:As a Sales Manager at Jo Study English Academy, you will play a key role in driving our sales growth and recruiting our sales team to achieve targets in ELT field. This position requires a proactive, results-oriented individual with excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. The Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, implementing effective sales strategies, and creating proactive products in ELT market which fulfil the market demands, particularly the market of junior programmes. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?Proven experience as a Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in ELT.Specialises in ELT (English Language Teaching). Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the sales strategies in alignment with the company goals and objectives.Monitor and analyse the market trends, competitor’s events or products, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.Identify potential customers and establish strong relationships to generate new business opportunities.Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations.QualificationsESSENTIALBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).Bachelor’s degree in Education, English as a second language or English as Foreign Language. Minimum 5 years of work experience, preferably in sales and/or marketing. Minimum 3 years of leadership experience. Ability to work independently.Strong experience in international sales: ASIAN, LATAM, Middle East, RUSSIA, EUROPE, and SOUTHEAST ASIAStrong business acumen and commercial instinct. Proven leadership ability. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and great team spirit. Fluent in English.
