EastSide Partnership (ESP) is a broad-based social partnership dedicated to the regeneration of East Belfast. With community, statutory, political, and business members, ESP works to bring stakeholders together to develop and implement plans for the social, economic, and environmental regeneration of the area. Formed in June 1995, ESP is committed to creating a vibrant and sustainable East Belfast.

Role Description
We are looking for a motivated and commercially aware Director of Strategic Development. This is a new role that offers an exciting opportunity to make a difference to the organisation. You will take a lead role in overseeing EastSide Partnership’s projects and will be relied upon to identify business development opportunities for strategic growth and organisational sustainability.

As the Director of Strategic Development, you will bring strong project management experience and a track record of successfully delivering a programme of income generation to enable organisational growth and development.

You will contribute to the strategic direction, leadership and management of EastSide Partnership and the successful delivery of our corporate plans.
