Job Description - Director or Inside Sales

A once-in-a-career opportunity for an exceptional sales leader to join a dynamic international professional services organisation during a period of continued growth and investment.

This high-profile appointment will offer the successful candidate excellent career development & personal growth opportunities; working within an organisation renowned for its high-performance sales operations, consisting of exceptional sales training, career development programs and entrepreneurial executive leadership.

You will lead a dynamic & growing inside sales operation, responsible for lead generation, highly effective business development strategy and quality appointment setting within B2B consultative sales.

As a passionate sales leader, you will thrive on the sales floor engaging with sales consultants, empowering sales management developing recruitment and retention strategies through to reporting performance metrics to the board.

You report and work closely with the CEO to meet company growth targets, through driving sales performance, enhancing lead generation, optimising sales conversions, and developing the sales management structure.

Additional scope with include:

  • Leading an existing high-performing sales team of Sales Management and Sales Consultants.
  • Optimise effective CRM and data driven campaigns to develop cutting edge new business sales campaigns.
  • Develop sales coaching & training plans across all sales structures from management development to new starter induction programmes.
  • Continuously seek to make incremental improvements in sales performance and drive optimum activity levels.
  • Ensure the clear communication of company objectives, revenue sales targets and performance standards to promote employee engagement and drive performance.
  • Develop sales enablement initiatives, implement new incentives to empower and engage all sales personnel.
  • Consult with marketing, new business and business development teams to plan business development programmes, sales campaigns and optimise lead conversion.

This a dynamic role leading an Inside Sales operation supporting the growth of a market leading and award-winning B2B Professional services provider, where you will have the opportunity to make a genuine impact.

Successful candidates will have a proven track record of success in leading large, fast paced, and high performing Sales teams. You will combine effective sales leadership, with commercial acumen and the ability to empower and motivate sales professionals.
