Director Origination

• Lead the focus of the residential investment team to identify and diligence properties/sites to build out a residential portfolio, underwriting the business assumptions in the model
  
• Manage a pipeline of proprietary opportunities from origination to deal completion
  
• Cultivate relationships to source potential land / development sites, driving our acquisition effort
  
• Oversee the product offering and promote new product development within the residential asset class (i.e. student, co -living, single family, BTS, etc).
  
• To work with the senior team in developing and overseeing the implementation of the business strategy underpinning the growth of its residential product offering
  

Requirements

• Real Estate, Business or Finance Degree
  
• Experienced Originator (at least 10 years post qualification) in residential asset management
  
• Highly commercial with proven experience of adding value to businesses
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use modelling techniques and market experience to estimate expected returns in different market settings
  
• Able to demonstrate a track record of delivery
