Build partnerships. Shape campaigns. Drive growth.
Radcliffe is looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Director, Pharmaceutical Partnerships to accelerate growth across our pharmaceutical promotional and medical communications business.
This is a high-impact, consultative sales role for a proven healthcare Account Director with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, medical communications and digital healthcare engagement, and who can parter with clients to turn that understanding into compelling, multi-channel commercial programmes.
You’ll work directly with pharmaceutical companies, biotech organisations and healthcare communications agencies to develop strategic partnerships, win high-value opportunities and expand existing accounts across EMEA, North America and global markets.
You’ll have the opportunity to bring together Radcliffe’s powerful combination of trusted scientific content, global HCP reach, digital media, premium sponsored content, events and measurable audience outcomes to create campaigns that deliver genuine value for our clients.
If you’re energised by big opportunities, senior stakeholder relationships and the challenge of turning insight into commercial growth, this is a role where you can make a significant impact.

The Opportunity
