We are seeking an experienced Rev Operations Lead to provide immediate operational leadership and continuity for our sales function during a transition period. This is a business-critical role with end-to-end ownership of HubSpot as the sales CRM, supporting pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and sales process governance.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on HubSpot experience within a sales organisation (rather than marketing-led CRM ownership) and be comfortable operating at pace, partnering closely with senior sales leadership to support revenue delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Rev Operations & CRM Ownership
Act as the primary owner and administrator of HubSpot for the sales function, ensuring data accuracy, CRM hygiene, and process adherence.
Maintain and optimise sales pipelines, deal stages, properties, workflows, and dashboards aligned to sales needs.
Manage user access, permissions, and system configuration for sales users.
Ensure HubSpot is effectively supporting forecasting, deal progression, and leadership reporting.
Pipeline, Forecasting & Reporting
Own sales forecasting processes and cadence, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to sales leadership.
Produce regular pipeline, performance, and conversion reports to support decision-making.
Partner with Sales and Finance to align pipeline data with revenue reporting and expectations.
Sales Process & Enablement
Support and document sales processes, playbooks, and best practices within HubSpot.
Act as a point of contact for sales users on CRM usage, process questions, and troubleshooting.
Drive consistency in deal management and data entry across the sales team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales leadership, Finance, and RevOps stakeholders to ensure CRM and sales operations align with broader business needs.
Support handoffs between Sales and Customer Success where required.
Skills & Experience
Essential
Strong, hands-on experience as a Rev Operations Manager / Lead, supporting an active sales organisation.
Advanced HubSpot experience, including pipeline setup, workflows, reporting, and CRM administration.
Proven experience supporting sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
Strong understanding of enterprise or B2B sales processes and deal cycles.
Ability to operate independently, prioritise effectively, and deliver at pace in a transition environment.
Desirable
Prior experience working with Salesforce or Dynamics (knowledge or previous use).
Experience in a high-growth, scaling, or SaaS environment.
Exposure to RevOps or multi-system CRM integrations.
