Director Rural Estate Management

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and experienced Rural Surveyor / Director to join a growing Estate Management team based in Salisbury.

This is a senior role for someone looking to combine strategic estate management, client development and business growth, while playing a key part in the development of a regional rural team.

The Role

You'll be responsible for:

Managing and developing relationships with a diverse portfolio of rural estate clients
Providing strategic and practical estate management advice
Growing the Estate Management service across Wiltshire, Dorset and North Somerset
Identifying and converting new business opportunities
Developing a strong profile and network within the regional rural market
Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellent client service
Supporting and mentoring junior team members
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider rural business
Contributing to business planning, growth and wider commercial strategy
Helping clients future-proof their estates and rural businesses
Using technology and data to improve decision-making and client outcomesAbout You

We're looking for an established rural professional with:

Extensive experience in estate management, rural consultancy or a related discipline
Strong technical and commercial knowledge
Proven experience delivering high-quality client advice
A track record of business development and relationship management
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to lead, mentor and develop others
A relevant professional qualification such as MRICS or equivalent
A commercially minded and entrepreneurial approachThis would suit an experienced Associate Director, Director or senior Rural Surveyor who is looking for the opportunity to take a leading role within a growing regional team and develop their own client base.
