Director Sales Operations

We're working on behalf of a Client who are seeking an experienced Operations Manager/Director to take over day to day running of their busy NHS/Private nursing business.

This arm of the business employs 15 consultants/support staff with turnover exceeding £10m per annum.

Responsibilities will include:

Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices
Helping the organisations' processes remain legally compliant
Assist with hiring, training and development of new staff

The business requires the following experience:

Proven work experience as an Operations Manager.
Excellent communication skills
Leadership ability
Outstanding organisational skills
