A leading property and planning consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Director / Senior Director to help drive the continued growth of its Planning & Development team.

This is a senior opportunity for a commercially minded planning professional with an established client network, strong technical expertise and a track record of winning new business.

The Opportunity

You'll take the lead on:

Developing and managing key client relationships.

Winning new instructions and growing your own client portfolio.

Advising on major planning and development projects.

Working across sectors including residential, commercial, rural, renewables and healthcare.

Providing senior leadership and mentoring within the planning team.

Helping shape and grow the wider Planning & Development offering.

We're Looking For

MRTPI or MRICS Planning & Development.

10+ years' post-qualified experience.

Strong knowledge of the UK planning system and development process.

An established client base and proven business development record.

Strong commercial, communication and relationship-building skills.

Ambition to play a key role in growing a successful planning business.
