Director – Germany Tech division - £85k base + guarantees + 100% bonus

My client

a 70+ head UK & European Tech

recruitment specialist, are on the lookout for a Contract Director to join and head up their extremely profitable German team (£30k WGP)

In this role, you will be inheriting a team of 2, with a key focus on the below ⬇️

⚪️

Team growth

– Given their internal hiring triggers have already been smashed by the current team, you will be given budget to hire 3-heads from day one
Business development

– The contract team are currently tracking

@ £30k WGP , but the potential across this division is huge.
⚪️

Leading from the front

- This is a hands-on role, so you must be willing to get into the trenches with the team. Once your team has scaled, this will obviously change

£85k base

+ guarantees -

£170k min 1st yr OTE
EMI options - strong

in '25 & ‘27

What are they looking for?

⚪️ A proven track of leadership within the European tech space, contract
A minimum of 5-years 360 contract tech recruitment exp
⚪️ Experience & success of growing and scaling teams
A hungry and driven individual with the ambition / capability of running a

business unit of 15+
