This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced planning professional to take on a strategic leadership role within a highly respected consultancy. You will lead the delivery of significant planning projects across a diverse range of sectors while driving business growth, developing client relationships, and helping to shape the future of the London & Southeast practice.

The successful candidate will bring a strong commercial mindset alongside exceptional technical planning expertise, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, inspire colleagues, and contribute to the continued success of the business.

Key requirements include:

A proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex planning projects while building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
* Extensive experience across a broad range of development sectors and project types.
* The ability to provide strategic leadership on major planning commissions and oversee multidisciplinary project teams.
* Strong experience delivering planning projects throughout London and the wider Southeast.
* A demonstrable ability to win new business, develop existing client accounts, and identify opportunities for sustainable growth.
* Significant post-qualification experience at a senior level, with the credibility and commercial acumen expected of a Director.This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile developments, influence the growth of an established consultancy, and play a key role in shaping both client outcomes and the future direction of the business.
