Salary: upto £36,000

My client is a top 50 UK law firm and they are looking to bring in a Disease Paralegal to join their growing team in Liverpool. Salary for the role upto £36,000 DOE with 2 days in the office and 3 at home.

In this role you will be running a caseload of litigated fast track and multi track litigated NIHL files, as well as assist Partners with their high value asbestos files. Your caseload will be around 30 litigated files at any one time.

About you:

• Previous experience managing a litigated caseload of approximately 30 files, including HIHL, HAVS, and asbestos related claims.
• They will be split evenly for balanced workload management.
• You'll also have the opportunity to assists Partners on high-value, complex files. with previous handling a litigated disease caseload to include asbestos related claims
• Ability to work to deadlines / targets, to prioritise and manage a caseload and deliver effective solutions
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative with a positive attitude
• A commercial, solution-driven and client-focused approach
• Strong legal and analytical skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
