We're hiring a Dispatch and Logistics Manager to take full ownership of the end-to-end dispatch and logistics function. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment - and is ready to step up, lead from the front, and scale a key part of the operation.

Location: Kidderminster (On-Site)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Bonus

We're hiring a Dispatch and Logistics Manager to take full ownership of the end-to-end dispatch and logistics function. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment - and is ready to step up, lead from the front, and scale a key part of the operation.

• Manage all outbound fulfilment: pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and on time

• Uphold presentation and packaging standards for high-value items

• Work closely with customer service, sales, and framing teams to resolve issues fast

• Flex working hours (early mornings, late evenings, weekends) to meet peak demands

• Support other warehouse functions as needed (goods-in, inventory)

• Own and improve fulfilment processes - future team leadership expected as business scales

• Strong background in fulfilment, logistics, or dispatch (ecommerce experience preferred)

• Proven ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure

• Hands-on mentality - this is not a desk job

• Comfortable working flexibly based on business needs

• Leadership potential and readiness to take full ownership
