My client is looking for an experienced Supervisor to manage their small dispatch team as the Dispatch Supervisor. This role is Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week (9am to 5pm).

As the Dispatch Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring all goods in and out are processed to meet the company standard and customer expectations.

Dispatch Supervisor Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• To ensure all products are completion checked, labelled, and packaged correctly
• To reject non-conforming products.
• To mentor and work alongside the Dispatch team
• To always maintain a clean and safe environment, opening and closing working area each day.
• To work in accordance with the Work Instructions for each individual task required.
• To work with and alongside all couriers, to ensure lead times are met.
• Picking and Packing orders for both UK and Export.
• Monthly and annual stock take of all stock items
• Preparing documentation to support the Commercial Team for their Quarterly Reports.
• Being the main point of contact for the Despatch Department for all Internal and External Audits.
• Supporting the Company in all areas of Health & Safety.

Dispatch Supervisor Person Specification:

• High level in attention to details
• Previous experience in a Picking/Packing Environment
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional support
