Role: Dispatch Supervisor
Location: Deeside
Type: Permanent
Salary: £32,000 per annum

Due to continuous growth, Russell Taylor Group has an exciting opportunity for a Dispatch Supervisor to join our client's growing team.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the despatch team to meet production and delivery schedules.
Maintain accurate records of outgoing goods, shipping documentation, and despatch schedules.
Monitor and improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce delays.
Train, support, and motivate despatch operatives, ensuring team targets are achieved.
Manage inventory and stock rotation to minimise waste and discrepancies.
Allocate / book completed works orders on ERP system.
Supervise the packaging of finished goods.
Interact with team members to resolve problems, suggest improvement methods of working, and provide feedback in performance.

The person:

Proven experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of despatch and warehouse procedures.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
IT literate - proficient in MS Office and warehouse/ERP systems.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
