This role would suit a Dispatch Supervisor or similar from a warehouse and/or manufacturing background.

The role:

• Dispatch Supervision of PVC windows and doors
• Overseeing the picking, packing and dispatch team
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Spot trends in customer interactions and identify areas for improvement

The person:

• Experience in Dispatch, picking and packing
• Experience supervising a small team
