We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Dispatch Team Leader to join our dispatch team in Cramlington.

The Dispatch Team Leader will play a critical role in coordinating and managing our dispatch operations to ensure efficient, quality and timely delivery of print material to our customers.

Duties include the following, yet others may be assigned to the needs of the business:

· Work and supervise and lead a team of dispatchers, providing guidance, training, and support

· Schedule and assign dispatch tasks to team members

· Monitor and track dispatch activities, to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that may arise

· Effectively communicate with other departments to optimise dispatch operations and improve overall efficiencies

· Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating dispatch team members

· Implement and enforce standard operating procedures for dispatch operations

· Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction

· Help maintain a high level of safety, cleanliness and organisation around the workplace

· Comply with all company and HSE Health and Safety rules

· To abide by and support the company’s ISO 9001 QMS
