Dispense Quality Specialist

This role will cover the Leeds area. 

Responsible for the regular maintenance of the Greene King Intelligent dispense system into our great pubs. An Dispense Quality Specialist will work within the specified standards to ensure the equipment expertly maintained, calibrated and ensure the system is fully operational for the site team. 

Your role as Dispense Quality Specialist  

• Scheduled Visits: Complete scheduled hygiene and customer engagement visits at our Greene King pubs. Championing the importance of hygiene and Cellar standards.
• Preventive Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance on Greene King ID systems and associated dispense equipment to a high standard to ensure the best possible beer quality experience for our customers
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve any technical issues or malfunctions that arise with the dispense system during the scheduled visits.  Feed any process or equipment issues to the project team to support continuous improvement.
• Calibration and Testing: Calibrate the system to ensure accurate reporting of dispensed volume for each draught brand, the brand dispense temperature and the operating status of key components.
• Insight: Monitor the impact of site variables to optimise hygiene and quality levels, transferring learning across the pubs.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with retails teams to identify and provide training on a one to one or group session basis where required.
• Job recording: Maintain an accurate record of all installation activity on the company’s work management system.
• Inventory Management: Ensure all equipment used in installations is booked to the pub inventory and that unused equipment is transferred to the appropriate virtual stockroom.
• Supporting others: Coach, develop and mentor new and existing Dispense Quality Specialist team members.
• Other responsibilities: Assist other Greene King Technicians as required with additional tasks, such as service and installation work.
