The Role:

·Dispensing frames and lenses depending on lifestyle, fashion and budget

·Spending time with each patient to understand personal requirements

·Dealing with complex patient queries and providing outstanding levels of customer service

·Working closely with the director to actively drive the business forward

·Marketing, training and mentoring staff

·Working towards targets

·Able to implement relevant changes as well as working as part of a close-knit team

·An enthusiastic approach to make a positive impact on the customers experience within the practice.

·Mixture of sales skills and clinical professionalism

·Candidate must be ambitious and self-motivated
