Dispute Resolution Associate Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Dispute Resolution/Litigation Solicitor to join the firm’s highly regarded Dispute Resolution team in London.

You will work independently and alongside an equity partner, handling high-value, complex disputes for a diverse client base, including businesses, professional services firms, and high-net-worth individuals. You will also support the department head with training and supervising junior staff. 

With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to innovation, the firm combines the expertise and resources of a large practice with the approachability of a smaller firm. 

You will be managing a caseload of matters, including:

- Commercial litigation

- Contentious probate

- Property litigation

- Civil litigation

Requirements:

- Qualified solicitor with 6+ years PQE

- Strong experience handling complex, high-value cases in the High Court

- Experience in interim applications, case management conferences, and injunctive relief applications

- A proactive approach to business development, networking, and client growth
