The Opportunity:
An established and highly regarded law firm in the heart of Manchester is seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join their dynamic disputes team. Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting senior solicitors and partners with a varied caseload of commercial disputes

• Drafting correspondence, witness statements, and court documents

• Conducting legal research and case analysis

• Liaising with clients, counsel, and other third parties

• Managing key administrative tasks including file maintenance and court filings

• Attending court hearings and client meetings, as required

• Supporting business development initiatives where appropriate

Requirements:

• Previous experience in commercial litigation (6+ months preferred)

• A law degree or equivalent legal qualification (LPC/BPC desirable)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities

• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as within a team
