Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in commercial disputes, including court hearings
• Provide advocacy in tribunals, arbitration and mediation
• Draft pleadings, instruct expert witnesses and prepare cases
• Participate in business development
• Collaborate with team members and instruct counsel as needed

Experience Required:

• 3+ years PQE in Dispute Resolution
• Good technical knowledge and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive and positive approach to client demands
