Role Summary:
This is a great opportunity for a litigator to join a growing Dispute Resolution team. You’ll enjoy a varied and stimulating caseload across commercial and civil disputes — with particular focus on probate, construction, and other contractual matters. You’ll be supported in developing niche expertise, have direct client contact, and benefit from excellent work/life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on a broad range of commercial and civil disputes — enhance your versatility and client impact
• Handle contentious probate matters — build a specialist profile in a high-demand area
• Work on construction-related disputes — expand your technical knowledge in a complex field
• Support clients through mediation, settlement, and litigation — play a hands-on role in resolving challenging cases
• Engage in business development and client retention — contribute to the team’s continued growth

Requirements:
• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Experience in dispute resolution across civil or commercial matters
• Confident handling client-facing work and managing deadlines
• A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
