Dispute Resolution Solicitor

Client

A highly regarded firm based in Berkshire are seeking a dispute resolution solicitor to join their busy team.

Role

You will join a busy team advising on a broad range of disputes including contract disputes, commercial and residential property litigation, fraud disputes, shareholder and partnership litigation and other areas including IP and debt recovery.

Candidate

The firm are looking to hire two candidates and are therefore open to applications from experienced paralegals, NQs and up to around 7 years PQE. It is imperative that you have experience in dispute resolution and some experience working independently as well as part of a team.
