London- Hybrid
My client within the financial services is recruiting for a brand new and exciting opportunity for an EDI Business Partner to join their professional HR team for a 6 months fixed term contract.
The interim EDI Business Partner will support and drive forward the company’s EDI strategy through the design and delivery of initiatives and projects across resourcing, people policy and practice, learning and career development.
The successful candidate will be required to:
Support delivery of the strategic and operational requirements of the Company’s EDI strategy, targets and objectives.
Drive forward EDI actions in relation to attracting and onboarding; creating an inclusive culture and working practices; and developing diverse talent and EDI awareness.
Coordinate activity across key
stakeholders/diversity
strands, including collaboration across teams that support the delivery of EDI activity where required, e.g.:
Provide input to the HR team on EDI best practice to enhance the broader HR Strategy, policy and activity.
Engage with Corporate Communications on EDI content plans to integrate this with the Company’s Employee Value Proposition and employer brand.
Embed continual positive change in balance with the business needs of the Company,
Working alongside the HR Business Analyst, drive enhancements in EDI data collection and analysis to highlight trends, progress, potential risks to the EDI strategy
