Job Description - Diversity and Inlclusion Executive

Crone Corkill are currently recruiting on behalf of a established reputable governing body who are seeing a experienced diversity and inclusion manager to support projects

You will be a strong team player and have experience of running complex and cross-functional projects and you are able to establish credibility and rapport with multiple stakeholders across various different business areas. You are problem solver who is able to think creatively to provide effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Supporting Diversity projects across streams around topics including
  • Recruitment – attracting more people with suitable skills and widening a more diverse audience appeal as a desirable industry sector career choice across demographics
  • Training and development – enhancing the skills of both the existing workforce and new entrants by modernising training provision, embedding continuous learning opportunities and creating clear career pathways
  • Employment practices – retaining talent in the industry by ensuring people feel happy, safe and supported, with more consistent employment standards and flexible working patterns to meet the evolving expectations of a modern workforce
  • Inclusion – making sure that everyone can thrive in a welcoming, diverse and respectful working environment that always promotes positive behaviours
  • Well-being – strengthening mental and physical health provision by bolstering support services and improving safety measures and working practices.
  • We are looking for an excellent communicator who is effective and efficient in planning and coordinating project delivery on time and to budget. Your experience is likely to have come from a project management background, ideally coupled with experience of working in the diversity and inclusion space.
